Public Rituals are finally back!
In some ways this has been three years of darkness. Together we acknowledge the group and personal shadows we have walked and ask for healing for ourselves and each other.
The Winter Healing Ceremony
In the tradition of ancient shamanic people, the burdens of the Tribe (the year’s pains, errors and losses) are carried by the Shaman for purification into the Heart of the Eagle.
The Shaman surrenders the tribal Soul Essence in Shamanic Journey to the cleansing fires, then returns along the Path of Souls after having gathered gifts for all.
We are reborn for the coming year, our hearts lighter, and our souls cleaner, and we are finally in person again.
This is a powerful ritual of death and renewal held at Winter Solstice!
BRING
Your drums, rattles, bells and bowls! Your playing is part of the healing journey, though not required. Some drums and rattles will be available to borrow.
Shamanic Healing can affect you profoundly for days to follow!

Parking
We highly recommend coming down a bit early to comfortably find parking. Ocean Beach is a busy little beach community, but there is ample parking. There is a paid lot by the CVS across Cable St. and lots of free street parking available. The sunset is at 4:45pm on this day, if you come a bit early you’ll have time to see the sunset and then make your way to the shop for ritual by 5pm.
