Cosmic Compost

Turn it over and release the steam off your cosmic compost. Yup, that pile ‘o shadow you’ve been slow cooking is about ready to deliver some more nutrient rich organic matter. Ya gotta turn it over to get the benefit.

THAT SOUNDS OMINOUS

That depends upon what you expect to find. Cosmic compost can refresh your used up soul soil. New, organic matter supplies hungry roots with strong Earth medicine!

THAT SOUNDS BETTER!

Indeed! With Chiron and Saturn acting up again, our shadow stories could churn and burn. Airing them out let’s you release the stagnant energy. Containment just makes the stink grow worse.

WHAT’S THE EASY WAY TO DO THIS?

I would recommend two things:

1 – Spend a little time today meditating on the state of your cosmic compost. Where are shadows popping up for you? What does looking at them tell you?

2 – Burn ‘em and turn ‘em. Do a Fire Ceremony  or just write out a few things and burn them. Then dance, jiggle, jump, walk – move your body to move the energy. Don’t believe me! Just try it. It works.

HOW ABOUT THE FULL MOON?

Potent emotional energy promises to make this a deeply moving Full Moon where in the end we can get grounded in bliss! Getting your cosmic compost turned beforehand will help you make space for it.
