Clean Up Your Stinking Thinking

This is an excellent day to track down and clean up your stinking thinking.

I thought a card reading would be helpful to help validate my point.

This card speaks to what I was gathering from my Spiritual Allies for Wednesday, June 7 – this is a day to both focus and daydream.

FOCUS

Your stinking thinking has a negative focus, so redirect that powerful flow toward the light again. Turn it around. What’s on the other side of the shadow? Your mind is powerful and creative and can detect the truth once you point it in a different direction.

DANCE

DAYDREAM

Once you have your stinking thinking reframed it is time to positively reinforce this deliberate choice with celebration! The Dance card opens up the possibilities of going deeper and getting more joyful through body activation. Rock, stretch, chant and move, move, move! Dancing connects body, heart, mind and soul back into synergy, a refreshing alignment.

CLEAN UP

And all of that energetic work may leave a bit (or a lot!) of residue. Smudge, swim in saltwater, take a salt scrub shower. And then address anything unfinished and unresolved with people, situations, or even your reputation with yourself.

This is all great prep for the coming Strong Sun Full Moon!
